Productivity: Canada needs to correct the course now.

The productivity of Canada is in freefall. It has been for decades now. The Centre on Productivity and Prosperity – Walter J. Somers Foundation reported on some alarming factors and figures last summer and the discussion on productivity needs to happen sooner than later in Canada. …"the Centre for Productivity and Prosperity – Walter J. Somers Foundation (CPP) concluded that the problem is a lack of internal competition. Competition among Canadian companies is too weak and simply does not generate the incentives that would normally boost their competitiveness."
